Analysts/Senior Analysts-Financial Valuation Group

Key Responsibilities:
-To carry out valuation assignments in different industries independently including on-site data collection, management interview, financial modeling and report writing.
-To conduct industry research and financial analysis on companies.
-To liaise with clients, auditors, investment bankers, lawyers and other intermediate for due diligence and marketing.

Requirements:
-A minimum 2 years of experiences in business valuation, investment analysis, corporate finance, security pricing, audit with international accounting firms/consulting firms/investment banks/private equity firms/MNCs.
-Excellent knowledge in financial modeling with Excel for discounted cash-flow analysis, pricing of derivatives and other financial instruments.
-ASA, CFA, CPA, CPV credential holders or holders of other business valuation related designations
-Degree in Investment/Finance/Accounting.
-Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Fluency in Mandarin is essential).
-A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
-Depends on project location, travel within China and to other countries might be required.
